Role
Who you are
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- Experience integrating or working with AI/ML models (eg. LLM)
- 3+ years of experience full stack development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React
- Analytical and design skills
- Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control)
- This role is a flexible work persona, requiring a minimum of 2 days in office in our Santa Clara headquarters location

- ServiceNow is looking for a full stack senior software engineer to join the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, where innovation meets collaboration!
- This is an exciting opportunity on a newly formed team building a new product from scratch!
- We’re assembling a new, cross-functional team to build a next-generation product powered by cutting-edge AI technologies
- As part of this early-stage initiative, you’ll help shape not just the product, but the team, culture, and roadmap from the ground up
- Full Stack Engineer with good experience in JavaScript and server-side JavaScript technologies to join our application engineering team
- Design, build, and deploy software for a brand-new AI-driven product
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI researchers to turn early concepts into working prototypes and scalable systems
- Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs) into a user-facing product
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite

The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
