Who you are
- At least 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level
- We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi
- Required English fluent level
- Based in Barcelona
- Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher. VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Center
What the job involves
- The IT department is the main responsible for supporting our employees mainly focusing on our call center which they operate in several time zones
- We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need
- In-situ and remote support
- Help us to manage the equipment stock
- Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers
- Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary
- Support and check meeting rooms, events too
- Learn a lot about security and good practices
- Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day
