Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics or content management
- Proven experience in creating and presenting performance reports to stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Direct experience managing and training AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants is a bonus
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques is a bonus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Conversational Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website's AI assistant to enhance user engagement and drive conversions
- You will also be in charge of creating and presenting performance reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights to guide our conversational marketing strategy
- Train, maintain, and improve our website's AI assistant to ensure a personalized and effective user experience
- Develop and maintain a content governance strategy for the AI assistant, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and on brand
- Collaborate with design and development teams to manage the look and feel of the AI assistant, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity
- Create and distribute regular performance reports on our conversational marketing efforts for internal stakeholders
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the AI assistant and other conversational marketing channels
- Propose and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead generation, and customer satisfaction
