Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development selling and pitching within Commercial Real Estate
- A minimum of 2 years in a full-cycle Account Executive sales role
- Proven track record in driving new business and meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling a new or soon-to-be-launched product to a wide range of verticals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a knack for easily building relationships and appealing to a wide range for ICPs
- Ability to roll-up your sleeves, be a self-starter, and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industries, sizes, and lifecycles
- Expectation to work three days a week in-person from our office in Soho, NYC
What the job involves
- Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll work cross-functionally across Sales and Engineering to drive revenue
- Playing a pivotal role in building Qloo’s reach, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to increase customer expansion and drive sales growth
- Whether it's mastering the intricacies of our APIs and SaaS tools or finding creative solutions to meet client needs, you'll play a critical role in shaping the success of our company and building our Go-To-Market initiatives
- You'll focus on driving API and SaaS sales by articulating Qloo's value proposition around location-based insights
- Driving revenue through outbound prospecting, attending industry events and trade shows, leading in-person meetings, and building Qloo’s brand awareness
- Guiding clients through the entire sales process to secure deals and achieve sales targets, leading prospecting, meetings, presentations and follow-ups
- Nurturing strong client relationships throughout the entire customer journey, from pre-sale to post-sale activities understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them
- Conducting initial client conversations to establish rapport and understand needs and objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure client success
- Conducting effective meetings and thorough preparation at all stages of the sales cycle
- Owning, refining, and contributing to sales and marketing materials to ensure they resonate with target audiences
- Partnering with the wider Qloo Team to provide essential marketing support and drive sales initiatives

Powered by AI, Qloo is aiming to understand taste and cultural correlations. While giants like Spotify, Expedia and Netflix dominate their sectors, they inadvertently create "data silos", where valuable information remains isolated. A unified system, however, could help understand and predict diverse personal tastes across various domains.
To confront this, Qloo provides companies with AI-generated correlation data spanning numerous cultural and entertainment domains. Leveraging its platform, a user's taste in one category or genre can seamlessly inform recommendations in another, leading to more personalized experiences. For example, Starbucks is using Qloo to create in-store music playlists tailored to specific neighborhoods, enhancing customer engagement.
With an influx in funding over 2023 and 2024, Qloo is now introducing an accessible self-service interface, aiding small and mid-sized enterprises in charting consumer and taste analytics. Additionally, it has introduced the "multi-person recommendation AI", capable of matching profiles based on individual preferences stored in its database, which further solidifies its position as a leader in personalized recommendation solutions.
