What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive, organized, and adaptable Office Manager/Administrative Associate to support the day-to-day operations and keep our team focused on driving success
- As part of a cutting-edge startup environment, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the growth of our company and be a key player in ensuring everything runs smoothly
- This role will report into our Chief of Staff and will work closely with the firm's leadership team
- Office Operations & Organization: Oversee office facilities, manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and ensure that our office environment is always welcoming and efficient for employees and visitors. This is an on-site (5x a week) position in our NYC (FiDi) office
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership and various teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and event planning
- Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for key internal and external communications, ensuring smooth information flow across departments
- Team Coordination: Support and organize team events, social activities, and employee engagement initiatives that help maintain our collaborative and innovative culture
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain internal systems (Greenhouse, Ramp, Rippling, etc), organize company documents, and ensure accuracy in various reports or databases
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the company
- Cross Functional Projects: Take on additional responsibilities and work with the People and Operations departments
