Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven ability to leverage innovative strategies to develop a strong, scalable talent pipeline for a global organization
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in Adtech, GTM, with a focus on the EMEA & APAC regions. Experience in high-growth environments is preferred
- You possess proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with particular emphasis on innovative sourcing strategies and proactive candidate lead generation
- You have a demonstrated history of success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring passive candidates, showcasing your ability to attract top-tier talent
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM’s
- You are adept at articulating DV's value proposition and unique story to prospective candidates, effectively highlighting the company's appeal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Deep understanding of the EMEA & APAC labor market, recruitment trends, and laws
- You have experience in recruiting for high-tech environments, demonstrating your understanding of the unique needs and demands of the tech industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to collaborate across global teams and time zones to support DV’s global hiring initiatives
What the job involves
- We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives on building connections, is motivated by the challenge of identifying top talent and enjoys collaborating with a team dedicated to achieving shared goals
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Sales, GTM, and G&A roles across EMEA & APAC, from job posting to onboarding
- Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals
- Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements, agree on recruitment strategies, and promptly provide high-quality candidates
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and individualized support throughout the recruitment process
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across the EMEA & APAC regions
- Represent DV as an employer of choice by actively promoting our brand, mission, and values in the EMEA & APAC market
- Stay informed on EMEA & APAC recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring landscapes to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate data using ATS/CRM and deliver regular reports on hiring metrics to enhance recruitment decision-making
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, candidate quality, and reduce cost-to-hire
