Role
Who you are
- Mastery of low-level C/C++ development in Linux user space or kernel space with vast experience in performance-sensitive code
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with software development on Linux-based systems
- Able to read various security testing results like Penetration tests, Nessus, etc
- Proven expertise in storage security, data protection, and information security principles
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance regulations
- Familiarity with network concepts and protocols (UDP, TCP, InfiniBand, Ethernet, RDMA)
Desirable
- Security Design and Implementation: Develop and implement security measures for storage systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of storage solutions to identify potential security weaknesses
- Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish security policies and best practices for data storage and management
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data storage security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CEH, AWS Certified Security, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)) are a plus
