Sales Enablement Lead, Johnson Controls

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, commercial support, or related business role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial organisation by driving operational excellence, improving sales effectiveness, and enabling business growth
• You will work closely with sales teams, marketing, product management, and customer support functions to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives
• The role is responsible for providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting, coordinating product launches and design changes, resolving customer issues, supporting warranty processes, and strengthening customer relationships

• Develop presentations, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership and customer meetings
• Enhance customer relationship management processes and promote effective pipeline management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across commercial operations
