Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager — ideally with FinTech or payments experience — to strengthen the heart of our payments engine
- 4+ years managing engineering teams (ideally in a regulated industry)
- 6+ years professional software engineering experience
- Proven background in designing and scaling distributed systems
- Strong fundamentals in modern engineering practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD, databases, object-oriented design)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- FinTech or payments industry experience is a strong plus

- As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high-impact team focused on end-to-end optimization and automation in payment processing, reducing manual effort in treasury management and FX trading, and delivering measurable business impact

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability remain central to delivery
- Collaboration & Impact
- Partner with Product Managers, QA, SRE, and stakeholders across the organization
- Influence product and platform strategy through technical insights
