Role
Who you are
- A strong storyteller, able to turn waffly conversations into sharp outputs
- Confident planning your own time and delivery (excellent project management). You'll be expected to manage your own timetable and shoots
- Can write with a strong attention to detail, for both social media and captions
- Are willing to think big, but also deliver fast and be scrappy when you need to
- Can collaborate across functions: Sales, Product, CSM, and external partners
- Are looking for a space to hone your skills and grow fast
- Are confident with new faces and can get the best out of people on camera
- Confident with video editing tools: Descript, CapCut, Final Cut (We’re open to the editing software of your choice)
- Can manage social media channels (Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube)
What the job involves
- Plan (alongside marketing lead), film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for use across our website, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
- You’ll work with our Marketing Lead to shape the strategy, but it’s up to you to create content that drives awareness and engagement. You’ll need a sharp eye for storytelling, be confident editing and be able to build content that resonates with our audience (dental practice owners and dentists).
- Develop content that showcases product value, success stories (testiomonials and case studies), onboarding tutorials, and objection handling. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our learning management platform, working closely with the Head of CSM to deliver engaging, short videos with our Customer Success team
- Manage and publish across social channels and CMS, ensuring consistency and speed. Write engaging captions and short-form copy that reflect the brand’s tone of voice. Monitor social trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy. Actively manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages
- Handle your own filming, lighting, audio, and editing setup to a high standard. (We’ll provide the tools). Please note: This role is for a content creator, not a videographer. We will be creating first-person content for social media channels, so you won’t be managing complex cinematic set ups.
