Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Consultant
- 2+ years of experience working at a B2B enterprise company
- 1+ year Salesforce experience (Salesforce Admin experience preferred)
- Comfortable having technical conversations and building great relationships with technical and non-technical people
- Problem solving skills around technical, product, and business questions
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
What the job involves
- As a Vivun Technical Account Manager, you will work with accounts ranging from commercial to strategic, to strengthen and expand relationships by optimizing their use of the Vivun platform
- You will be a key driver of revenue growth for the company through account expansion and on the front lines for evangelizing our product to our key accounts
- Work with new accounts to drive success through initial onboarding and configuration, product adoption, retention, user expansion and identifying value-add features
- Demonstrate how PreSales, product, and post sales teams can utilize Hero by Vivun in a variety of ways through trainings, demos, and strategy sessions via phone calls
- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of post sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve as customer advocate internally by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing, and engineering
- Create and manage custom implementation timelines/project plans to ensure timely deployments
- Manage project plans, work streams, deployment risks, and project scope for large-scale engagements
- Make every Vivun user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size
Our take
Vivun provides software that allows pre-sales teams to gather customer information, and then collate the information and send it to the rest of the business. This allows the sales team, product team and executive staff to have more information about their customers.
This empowers businesses to look at what their customers' needs are now and going forward. Vivun is the first to provide such tools and despite only being launched in 2018, it is already working with brands such as SignalFx, Dell Secureworks and Harness.
Going forward, Vivun may face other competitors, as the space will likely become more crowded. However, an increasing number of businesses are realizing there is a problem with the disconnection between pre-sales and the rest of the company, so demand for Vivun's offering should also rise - providing ample opportunity for growth.
