Role
Who you are
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 8-12 years of industry experience
- Broad technical background and the desire to learn more
- 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)
- Experience with a range of manufacturing processes is a plus (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
- Experience designing biomedical products or industrial automation a plus
- Experience in consulting is a plus

- In this role you will exercise your mechanical design experience in an energetic and progressive consulting environment
- You’ll join a group of talented engineers to lead the development of new technologies and bring new products to market
- You will be a lead technical contributor in addition to leading client communication and project management
- You will support your team through the product design process, coaching young engineers through technical challenges while balancing project scope and timelines
- You will do all of this in lively collaboration with your fellow engineers and our clients

- Strong communicators who can convey the merit of solutions to our clients’ challenges
