- B2B product marketing leadership – 5+ years of experience leading a product marketing function with demonstrated progression in a B2B organization (required)
- Track record of impact – Direct product marketing experience with a history of driving rapid growth and adoption of innovative technologies
- Technical acumen & market insight—A deep understanding of platform services businesses, with the ability to navigate and articulate complex technical concepts
- Team builder & mentor – Proven ability to develop, coach, and scale a high-performing, diverse, and global Product Marketing team to achieve results
- Executive presence & stakeholder influence – Ability to build strong relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and align stakeholders at all levels
- Compelling communicator & storyteller – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that showcase Circle’s vision and value to customers and prospects
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader who is passionate, strategic, and intensely customer-focused
- In this role, you will define the vision and lead the strategy, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences, partners, and use cases—all driving business growth
- As a key leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, communications, business development, executive leadership, external partners, and customers
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping Circle’s roadmap, leveraging competitive intelligence, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies to execute high-impact launches that accelerate our business and strengthen our market position
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, leadership, and customer-facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally
- Drive go-to-market excellence, overseeing market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact
- Develop data-driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long-term growth
- Empower sales & partnerships by creating training programs, customer-facing content, and partner enablement assets that support revenue and adoption
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in-depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle stays ahead of the competition
- Steer high-impact strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence
