- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Data influenced recruiting style
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying and securing top talent

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various technical positions, including software engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical roles
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the executive team in order to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Know your data. Be able to identify process and pipeline issues, create a concise proposal, and execute the solution
Our take
The applications of AI and machine learning are undeniable and vast. However, much of its existing infrastructure was built to support large and lengthy jobs, opposed to the real-time decisions required for the technology to be useful to sectors such as fintech, eCommerce, healthcare and insurance.
This is where Chalk steps in, supplying backbone infrastructure to support real-time AI and ML applications. Its data platform includes features such as a compute engine, an LLM toolchain and integrated monitoring - with applications including anti-fraud, risk assessment and predictive maintenance. Importantly, any data source can be integrated with the platform, meaning the real-time decisions can be made with real-time data.
Its certainly an intriguing proposal, and one that has seen the company net $10 million in seed funding. This investment will be used to accelerate development of the platform, as well as reach new customers and grow Chalk's engineering and go-to-market teams.
