Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically driven, and excited to improve the productivity and effectiveness of our global Sales teams
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Business Operations or a related analytical role, with proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Comfortable managing multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders, and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and a curiosity-driven mindset with a commitment to data integrity and continuous learning
What the job involves
- The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the Go-to-Market teams at Flywire
- In this role, you will deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting and analytics, maintain the accuracy and integrity of key Sales data and processes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic and data-driven decision-making
- Own recurring reporting and analytics (forecast, pipeline, productivity, KPIs), delivering clear, actionable and insights to GTM leaders
- Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and Sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Execute routine operational projects such as territory updates, quota assignments, and CRM/data hygiene with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Enterprise Systems to troubleshoot and improve processes, support GTM initiatives, and identify opportunities to increase productivity
- Support sales enablement by standardizing best practices, documentation, and training materials for Sales systems and processes
