Who you are
- Experience: at least 4+ years of experience as a generalist recruiter ideally in SaaS / Tech / startup environment
- Results: You have a target-driven, result-oriented approach. You are able to prioritize, switch context and manage workload efficiently in order to deliver
- Communication skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Process improvement: Experience in implementing, improving and optimizing recruitment processes and delivering the education required. You are continuously on the lookout for “How can we do this better?”
- Customer-centricity: You deliver an amazing candidate experience and continuously impress your hiring managers
What the job involves
- The Central Recruitment team looks after hiring for a growing number of brands within saas.group and builds a strong hiring culture across the organization
- This comes with a variety of tasks from hands-on hiring, building processes and guiding hiring managers to ensure we hire the best talent
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for positions in Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, emphasizing candidate experience and hiring quality
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Forge and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and education as needed
- Elevating Recruitment Standards: Drive talent acquisition projects to implement best practices such as structured hiring, employer branding, process enhancements, efficiency, automation, and a top-notch candidate experience
- Proactive Sourcing: Actively seek out passive talent for key roles and effectively market our open positions to generate high-quality applications
