Operations Executive, Granola

• 2 years experience in operations, finance, or consulting roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Executive to join our team and help build the operational foundation that will support our rapid growth
• Working directly with our Operations Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we run our business across multiple critical functions
• Support financial operations - Partner with our accountants on bookkeeping, VAT returns, and company filings while supporting financial planning, cost optimisation, and investor reporting
• Contribute to privacy and security initiatives - Support SOC-2 implementation, maintain compliance processes, and handle customer security inquiries
• Support people operations - Help run day-to-day processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and IT requests
• Manage office operations - Ensure our team has the resources, tools, and environment needed to do their best work
• Support critical business operations - Handle essential administrative functions including contract management, insurance, and team engagement initiatives
• Provide data-driven insights - Conduct analysis on high-priority projects and translate data into actionable recommendations
