Who you are
- Possess and deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly

- Capable of collaborating with discipline leads (account, production, creative, strategy) on process improvements and driving implementation

- 5-7 Years Experience managing large scale brands/programs
- Performance marketing experience a plus
Desirable
- Fluent in Google Suite, with emphasis on Sheets and Slides
- Telco or Retail creative and production experience preferred
- Digital/social/print production experience a plus
- Monday.com or SmartSheets proficiency
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Translation! Please note that this role is a Hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote
- Key partner to Business Lead in managing brand(s) from a business and profitability standpoint
- Work closely with Lead Team to form a trusting relationship and to aid in optimal management of working teams
- Manage Jr. PM’s and deploy them strategically to run day-to-day tasks across multiple projects/brands
- Drive the process of integrated campaigns (film, experiential, social/digital, OOH) from scope through delivery
- Actively monitor issues and new developments, keeping the team informed, and proactively problem-solving
- Motivate team to collaborate effectively, looking out for the best interest of the work and our business
- Work with department leads to allocate the right team(s) for each project
- Have foresight to predict and/or spot issues and resolve at a moment’s notice

UnitedMasters is a music distribution service that acts as a direct pipeline for musicians and their commercial efforts. The service allows users to retain the rights to audio masters and audience data, in addition to providing a platform for the sale of merchandise and concert tickets. The platform’s aim is to give artists full control over the monetization of their music based on a regular subscription cost.
UnitedMasters has attracted significant backing from heavyweights like Apple, a16z, and Alphabet, while securing partnerships with platforms like Bose, TikTok, and Twitch. More than just validation, these relationships expand how artists can be discovered, promoted and monetized at scale - opening doors to major commercial and record deal opportunities that go well beyond the reach of traditional distribution platforms.
