• Dive deep into ad hoc analyses across channels like SEO, paid search, website, and event marketing, uncovering actionable insights that directly shape strategy and drive growth
• Shape the evolution of Bonusly’s measurement frameworks—such as attribution modeling and MMM—ensuring our methods adapt to the company’s growing needs while delivering sharper ROI insights and driving smarter marketing investments
• Orchestrate the integration of customer data across our marketing technology stack
• Campaign Performance & Reporting
• Support stakeholders with end-to-end campaign execution including list uploads, audience segmentation, attribution reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and meet target goals
• Support planning and forecasting: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, track campaign performance, and allocate marketing budgets effectively. Utilize historical data and insights to predict pipeline growth, optimize marketing spend, and align initiatives with company revenue goals
