Role
Who you are
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong foundation in product, growth and brand marketing
- Proven success owning GTM strategy, launching products, and driving measurable business impact
- Understanding of the commercial real estate industry’s core dynamics, including capital markets, asset classes, and investment strategies
- Familiarity with institutional real estate investors and basic knowledge of real estate private equity structures and priorities
- Experience interfacing and/or reporting into C-suite executives
- Experience building or evolving brand, narrative, and persona systems
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to get high output from small, focused teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability

What the job involves
- As our VP of Marketing you will own the end to end development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives new business acquisition and fuels growth in existing accounts across the VTS platform and rapidly growing AI suite
- You will serve as the voice of the customer and market, translating insights into messaging, product direction, and commercialization plans
- You will cultivate and scale a high-performing marketing team, operating as both a strategic architect and a hands-on executor
- And you will work closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Design, to ensure alignment, drive cross-functional momentum, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Commercial real estate is a difficult business sector to plan for, especially for the largest firms managing huge portfolios of prime office space. Marketing, leasing, data analytics and retention efforts have traditionally required an array of different solutions, often poorly integrated with one another (if at all), and decision-making is often stymied by inaccurate reporting and inflexible, clunky tools.
VTS, a leading player in the commercial real estate tech sector, seeks to change this by unifying every real estate asset and function in a single platform.
