Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in Design / Marketing industry and 2+ experience in Design Operations role with demonstrated impact
- Proven success in high-growth / tech environment
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of Design process
- Ability to define and refine Product Design processes in connection with broader Product Development at given scale to ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reports
- Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and levels of the organization
- Demonstrated passion for solving problems
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Design Program Manager to work closely with the design leadership team and to be a part of a studio of Product Designers and Researchers. By supporting the various aspects of the design production, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products.
- You will improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. You'll utilize a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our teams on track and execute specific design initiatives
- Lead end-to-end design led programs effectively engaging with cross-functional partners
- Empower the unified design process — enabling scale, operationalizing and streamlining the work
- Enable better collaborations between design teams and with non-design partners
- Establish Design standards and baselines
- Employ a streamlined quality management process

- Meet a member of the leadership team to discuss Miro’s company values and share your vision for success at Miro
Our take
Millions of employees worldwide have moved to remote working, but existing tools are holding back the potential for collaboration. Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.
Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.
Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
