• Operations Support: You’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving the day-to-day operations of the platform. From refining internal processes to solving real business challenges, you'll contribute towards the operational backbone of a company that’s scaling fast
• User Support & Feedback: You'll take the lead on managing support queries and user feedback — identifying pain points and turning them into opportunities. You’ll create new resources, improve support processes, and become the first point of contact for our users
• Customer Growth: You’ll help manage our organic and paid customer acquisition channels, as well as our social media, customer blogs and newsletters - whilst also having the freedom to test your own creative growth ideas
• Partnerships: Help build powerful relationships. Support new and existing partnerships with charities, companies, and event organisers. You'll conduct research, craft outreach strategies, and develop partnership materials that bring our mission to life
• This role offers significant creative freedom, hands-on experience across multiple functions, and a clear path to becoming a key contributor in a mission-driven, early-stage tech company that already has a number of renowned clients and a growing user base
