Product Manager, Quinyx

• Experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in an early stage of a product where you are laser-focused on the customer problem, scoping of MVP solutions and iteration together with customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the organisation
• High capability of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills as well as an analytical and creative mindset

• As a Product Manager, you are fundamental in this goal, as it is your responsibility to ensure that your team is delivering the right product, with the right set of priorities, consistent with product vision and business goals
• Be part of designing and building the ‘Manage’ part of the product focused around Absence Management - enabling the scheduling, approval and management of absences and associated functionality
• Closely collaborate with your peers, cross-functional team and stakeholders to set the roadmap, product strategy, synthesize user and customer needs as well as drive the go-to-market to create commercial success
• Verify market requirements that will add value for a significant part of a given vertical and market
• Understanding and solving customer needs through interviewing users, analyzing data, forming hypotheses and trying them out in iterations
• Work to define and analyze metrics, KPIs and ensure that the team is constantly doing the right things consistent with product vision and business goals
