Role

Who you are

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Go-To-Market Enablement Associate to join our team
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales enablement, sales, customer success, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong ability to present to an audience
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and support multiple teams with different and unique needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales or Customer Success experience is beneficial as that is the audience you will be supporting
  • Information Security & Compliance knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role and startup SaaS experience

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will support our Sales & Customer Success enablement initiatives, working closely with the GTM Enablement Manager to ensure our GTM teams have the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and maintain GTM enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, case studies, one-sheets, and competitive analysis
  • Training Support: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs, ensuring that GTM teams are well-equipped with product knowledge, sales/support techniques, and industry insights
  • Resource Coordination: Enablement tools and technologies including G-suite, Allego, Crayon, Salesloft, Salesforce
  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics for events, training sessions, and other GTM-related events

Our take

If you’re a growth-stage startup, you need to become SOC 2 compliant to be able to close enterprise deals. However, becoming SOC 2 compliant can be expensive, time-consuming, and pretty complicated. Thoropass (previously known as Laika) provides an end-to-end compliance service for startups, to enable them to work with legacy companies in highly regulated fields such as health and fintech.

Due diligence is quickly becoming a consideration from day one for startups in these fields, with an increase in collaboration between disruptive startups and legacy players. Thoropass has taken up an acute position between the two, allowing startups to get deals done more smoothly and scale more quickly, whilst allowing the established companies to access emerging talent.

Although Thoropass has maintained a strong focus on growing early-stage companies, it has ambitious plans to start working with big banks in the future. Significant funding raised by the company, which already has hundreds of customers, will see it invest in expanding the functionality of its platform and its wider business funnel.
