Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related quantitative discipline
Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of business analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered. Employer will accept a 3 or 4-year bachelor’s degree
Degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce) or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Special Skill Requirements: Jira; Salesforce.com; Requirements gathering; Smartsheet; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Rally; Version One; User Acceptance Testing; and Quality Assurance
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable

What the job involves

Conduct and lead business and functional requirement gathering sessions for application improvement
Connect with customers in order to understand their pain points and desires for technology solutions
Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps
Document requirements and develop process flows to depict business processes. Convert business requirements into user stories
. Review the user stories and acceptance criteria with clients to confirm the requirement
Work with an architect to build the designed solution. Configure the requirement in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, etc.)
Lead efforts to develop and execute testing, including developing testing documentation
Deliver Salesforce demo to clients. Contribute to project and team documentation, such as creating training materials, user guide, config workbook, etc
Present findings and recommendations to client leadership. Communicate with end users, stakeholders, and leadership in the form of standups, status updates, etc. Employer will accept a 3 or 4-year bachelor’s degree
