What the job involves

Whilst we’ve grown to a core team of 40 stateside (AE/SDR/CS), this SDR opportunity is an exciting chance to join us early in our journey in the US and help shape the future direction of the company
50% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email and other messaging (using SourceWhale itself!) to book Sales Qualified Meetings
30% attending and supporting Account Executives on customer demos
10% providing prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team about the SourceWhale platform
10% managing your sales pipeline and other admin tasks

Recruiting staff and managing candidate relationships is an essential aspect of scaling and maintaining a workforce, but the process has become convoluted and time-consuming. SourceWhale provides a platform that automates the daily recruiting activities for teams, leveraging AI to automate repetitive admin tasks, manage existing workforces, and find pipeline insights. The company develops two core categories of tools - in-house solutions for recruitment, and solutions for staffing firms.

There are many existing tools and outreach platforms that tackle specific inefficiencies within the recruitment process, but the smart thing about SourceWhale is the all-in-one integrated approach. The company ultimately aims to provide a means for all existing recruitment tools to be used together without friction, whilst providing AI-driven automation and analytics to further improve pipeline efficiencies.
