What the job involves
- The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for delivering FTTP business revenue across 1Gbps to 10Gbps and Ethernet services. This will be achieved through the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of ISP partners, wholesalers, value-added resellers, connectivity aggregators, and other strategic routes to market
- The role also involves active engagement with business customers, including presenting at conferences, running local awareness events, and driving adoption within business parks aligned to the build programme
- Reporting To: Sales Director B2B
- Actively recruit new partners across all relevant channels to build a healthy sales pipeline
- Explore and develop new routes and channels to promote services and expand market presence
- Onboard, train and coach partners to ensure successful and compliant sales of services
- Manage and forecast the sales funnel by partner, ensuring accurate reporting into the business
- Support partner-led sales activity, including customer visits and outreach campaigns to drive revenue performance
- Prepare and manage partner business plans to ensure targets are achieved
- Ensure partners meet all compliance standards and operate in line with company requirements
- Maintain accurate partner records in CRM or any other internal systems
- Attend and present at business conferences, drop-in events, and community sessions to raise brand awareness
- Monitor and record the competitive landscape, feeding pricing and incentive intelligence into head office for benchmarking and strategic review

Freedom Fibre is a northwestern company that partners with internet service providers to install cost-effective networks across the UK. It positions itself as an altnet provider, working independently from wider broadband infrastructures, utilising fibre optics cables so that individuals and companies can run their own secure and speedy networks.
Freedom Fibre claims to be more than 40x faster and 5x more reliable than home broadband packages, and also develops fibre network solutions for enterprises, guaranteeing a 5-hour fix time on any errors or outages. It walks the walk, too, securing a partnership with major wholesale connectivity, voice, cloud and security provider Platform X Communications in 2025. This will see PXC use Freedom Fibre’s network for all of its solutions.
After a merger with VX Fibre in 2024, Freedom Fibre has established itself as a leader in the altnet fibre optics space. It is currently accelerating its fibre optics rollout across the UK.
