Sales Manager, Reddit

• The leader we’re looking for has deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing ecosystem, has successfully built and delivered on a Scaled book of business, and can effectively coach, support, and motivate teams of sellers to succeed within ambiguity
• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, demonstrated success in building a scaled book of business and overachieving sales targets. Leads by example, defining the playbook by which their team will operate
• Strong people leader with 4+ years leading sales teams, balancing retention with attracting new talent. Passionate and inclusive people manager who is dedicated to fostering an inclusive team culture
• Key understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in France, Italy & Spain
• Has a customer-centric approach, a strong sales mentality, and commercial acumen
• Strong sales rigor & pipeline management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply those insights to overcome or anticipate headwinds and ensure the team is working on top-priority opportunities
• Experience building high-performing teams, Can inspire and motivate relentless optimism

• As we continue to embark on our international expansion, we are searching for a talented sales leader to grow and develop our Mid-Market Sales business in France, Italy and Spain
• We are looking for a leader who will champion our culture and values for our EMEA Sales team
• This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the Mid-Market Sales org supporting our brand partnerships in France, Italy and Spain, where we are still in the early stages of building our presence
• You would be a key pillar to Reddit’s business strategy as we forge world-class partnerships with regional brands
• This role is required to work from our Amsterdam office
• Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for your markets, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market clients in France, Italy & Spain
• Build a strong sales culture, leading your team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor
• Leverage your industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support your team’s sales efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure the team is delivering the highest impact
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements and new product launches, and align on market positioning
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plan
• Represent Reddit in the region by speaking at key industry events
• Lead on broader EMEA mid market projects to identify opportunities for further acceleration and jointly build scalable processes
