Desirable

• Within the Growth team, the CRM team is key in supporting our Marketing and Sales teams in their growth and international expansion (UK and US markets)
• Through this role, you will contribute directly to defining, implementing and optimizing CRM sequences to improve conversion rates, satisfaction and prevent churn
• Actively participate in the development of the CRM business in collaboration with the Tech, Product and Data teams, in several phases of the customer journey 🤝
• Define the pathways to be implemented for our inbound leads and customers by identifying CRM opportunities to address relevant and personalized content at key moments in the customer journey 👣
• Ensure continuous optimization of these paths through A/B testing
• Create e-mailing campaigns (wording, formalization of visual requirements with our graphic designers, etc.) for inbound leads and customers ✉️
• Analyze campaign performance 📈
• Propose analyses to better understand our users’ behavior and propose actions accordingly
• Be a driving force behind the creation of new sequences, content and innovative concepts. You’ll have free rein to express your creativity! 🌱
