Who you are
- You have extensive experience in Product Management within a DTC environment, with the ability to set vision, roadmap, and actionable user stories.
- You have a Proven track record in running retention campaigns in a DTC organization, coupled with a passion for consumer understanding and churn prevention.
- You have extensive years in Product & Retention Marketing, including 2-3 years of managing Product Managers and influencing business strategy.

What the job involves
- Overseeing the entire customer journey on PerfectDraft, ensuring efficient traffic conversion, effective onboarding of new customers, and prevention of churn. This includes spearheading our personalization and conversion rate optimization efforts to provide a fully tailored experience across web and app
- Taking ownership of loyalty and referral programs, guide the CRM strategy, and collaborate with local teams to optimize and automate customer lifecycle journeys using our CRM tool, Bloomreach

With a history dating back to 1876, Budweiser Brewing Group is a beer company owned by Belgian multinational alcohol portfolio Anheuser-Busch InBev, owner of other popular craft beers such as Stella Artois and Camden Hells.
With effective marketing and advertising campaigns throughout the 20th century and 2010s, Budweiser paid a $1 billion licensing contract to sponsor the NFL for six years in 2010, and has created some of the most famous advertisements in history. These include the Superman-inspired “Budman” spots and the “Whassup” Frog. These advertisements have imprinted the company deep within popular culture.
In a move away from its "fratty" image, efforts to promote itself as a more inclusive beer brand in 2023 led to backlash from some corners of the public. Despite this, Budweiser is continuing its efforts to modernise its cultural identity and while still keeping their historical relevance alive.
