Who you are
- We are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient Manager to join our Treasury team
- A high level of ownership and the capacity to develop and document scalable processes will be required
- Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, possess deep attention to detail, an unrelenting drive to get to the answer, and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes in a fast-growing organization

- 5+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large-scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Large multi-national treasury, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience leading high-priority treasury initiatives and workstreams with a strong preference for candidates with experience in international expansions
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team
- Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Collaboratively focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing business
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Outstanding software and system skills, including master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, is a must. Experience in Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP is a plus, as well as TMS systems (Kyriba - super helpful), and Bloomberg
What the job involves
- This position reports to the Vice President of Treasury and will support strategic cash management and reporting
- You will partner closely with internal teams like Accounting, AP, Supply Chain, and manage external banking relationships to facilitate the company’s rapid growth
- Drive and support strategic Treasury initiatives, including our international expansion (entity structure, FX, and cash operations), capital planning, systems, and process implementations
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas, including global cash management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and payment operations
- Identify and prioritize areas to improve Treasury processes, establishing best practices
- Manage daily cash operations to fund operating accounts and execute payments efficiently
- Own the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts
- Interface with global finance and business teams and external partners in support of Treasury activities
- Ensure cash needs, compliance, and reporting requirements are met
- Support letter of credit workflows, including the management of existing and negotiation of future LCs
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership while successfully leading through various initiatives and operational workflows with cross-functional teams across the broader Finance organization as well as Sales, Legal, and Ops
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issue

Our take
Many cloud service providers can suffer from slow prediction speeds when they are used for data modeling. CoreWeave solves this problem with its specialized cloud service provider.
CoreWeave reduces prediction times and makes service requests faster and more efficient. This, in turn, cuts cloud costs considerably. This has proven to be a strong draw for many companies, with CoreWeave signing a lucrative partnership with GPU heavyweight NVIDIA as well as partnering with BitOoda, which has allowed it to expand its operations to the financial market.
However, in 2023 it closed three very significant rounds of funding (Series B and debt and secondary extensions), which is being invested into expanding its US-based data centers, opening two new ones in the coming year. The question remains whether, despite 2023's big investments in the sector, CoreWeave can maintain this momentum and whether generative AI's stock will continue to rise.
