Who you are

You’re either currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands or recently graduated
Background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Hands-on experience (via internships, projects, or part-time roles) in growth marketing, content creation, or marketing analytics
A creative eye and a knack for visual storytelling
Comfortable working with Excel and interpreting data
Collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude

What the job involves

At Scaler, we’re looking for a motivated and creative working student who’s excited to grow their skills at the intersection of marketing, visual content, and data. This role is perfect for someone studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—who’s curious about how great content and clear insights that can drive brand growth
You'll help us communicate our value through compelling visuals, smart content, and data-driven insights. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a fast-moving team, contribute meaningfully and grow quickly

Assist in developing content that supports brand growth, including client decks, reports, internal resources, and visual assets
Organize and analyze data to extract simple, actionable insights for marketing and client communications
Support the creation of visual materials (e.g., charts, infographics, presentation slides) that bring our data and message to life
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and clarity across channels
Help research trends in sustainability, tech, and real estate to inspire content ideas and strengthen our storytelling on LinkedIn

Our take

We all use a building in some capacity whether that be for work, or to live. The question is - do we know the impact that the property has socially or environmentally? The reality is that the real estate sector contributes an estimated 20% to the world’s carbon emissions, as well as having several other environmental impacts.

Scaler collects ESG (environmental, social, and governance) data to better understand and encourage the real estate industry to do better in this field. With that promise, the company could make a vast impression on the climate crisis, alongside bringing light to the other aspects that ESG data covers.
