- This essential role focuses on enhancing and scaling SurrealDB's enterprise platform offerings
- You will use your extensive experience to drive the development of a robust, scalable, and secure enterprise platform
- Your contributions will be key in shaping SurrealDB's impact in the enterprise segment, ensuring our platform meets the complex and evolving needs of our business clients
- Design and develop new features and functionalities for the SurrealDB enterprise platform
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand enterprise client needs and deliver effective solutions
- Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and performance to meet enterprise standards
- Lead integration efforts with various enterprise systems and technologies
- Ensure high security standards are met and maintained throughout the platform
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and processes
- Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to the team's skill development
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in enterprise software development
