Who you are
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or IT consultancy, ideally within software or management consulting
- Strong client-facing capabilities with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and delivering compelling presentations
- Adaptable and quick to grasp new tools, environments, and processes
- Demonstrated success in identifying customer needs and aligning them with Mirakl’s solutions
- Confident in communicating solution value across a range of industries and stakeholders
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace models is a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for a high energy, creative, team oriented Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/Engineer to join our rapidly growing Team to extend our success in the EMEA region
- The Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in Mirakl’s technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle
- To accomplish this, the Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value
- Understand the client needs and position Mirakl’s products as the optimal solution
- Craft and deliver tailored demos that highlight our technology's capabilities
- Work with AI technologies to support solution integration
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our software, networking, and security infrastructure
- Engage in continuous learning through product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives set by management
- Effectively address and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
