Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis
- Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop junior talent
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and strategic finance leader to join our Revenue FP&A team
- In this role, you won’t just forecast revenue—you’ll build and refine the story behind our growth
- You’ll work closely with executives, navigate messy and evolving datasets, and lead continuous improvements in forecasting and decision-making processes to keep pace with our rapid scale
- This is not a plug-and-play FP&A role
- It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working with imperfect data, knows how to extract signals from noise, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business
- Own and elevate the SaaS subscription revenue forecast: Lead our monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, and annual planning processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting
- Strategic business partner: Work closely with C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence strategic decisions
- Drive transformation: Design and implement automation and AI solutions to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to support long-term growth
- Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Executive storytelling: Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored for leadership
- Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities
