Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience, focusing on SaaS platforms and technical products
- Proven track record in 0-1 product development and scaling products during growth phases
- Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., data storage, ETLs, object storage)
- Experience with AI-driven features and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance products
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments, managing backlogs, and prioritizing effectively
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong conceptual thinking skills
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, takes initiative, and has a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Desire to learn the ins and outs of global container logistics
- You love interacting with customers and helping them improve their business outcomes
- You create alignment and collaborate with everyone on the team—whether in CS, Sales, Engineering, etc. You believe inspiration can come from anywhere
- You have a “can do” attitude and are comfortable making decisions to unblock yourself or others
- Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate with our international team
Desirable
- Experience in a distributed, remote team environment
- Technically proficient, you may even code for fun on the side
- SQL proficiency, LLM/ML experience, and fluency in AI-driven product development
- Previous experience in supply chain, trade, logistics and/or transportation

- Work with external customers/partners and internal teams to enhance APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations
- Use insights from data and user feedback to refine product features and improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop intuitive, high-impact solutions and GTM strategies
- Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Stay informed on AI advancements and identify practical applications to improve products
