Who you are
- This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys startup energy, variety and learning by doing
- It's less suited to someone looking for highly structured processes or traditional B2C or B2B SaaS marketing
- 1 to 2+ years professional experience within marketing including use of CRM (ideally HubSpot), LinkedIn and design tools
- Strong interest in creating high-quality, impactful content that drives revenue, with a clear ability to demonstrate results
- Solid understanding of leveraging AI to optimise and streamline processes
- Driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research and analytical skills with a structured approach to marketing activities
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Genuine interest in sustainability, waste or environmental sectors

What the job involves
- Marketing at Greyparrot is fast-paced, mission-driven B2B marketing at the intersection of AI, sustainability and the circular economy
- At Greyparrot, you won't just support marketing campaigns - you'll help grow a category-defining AI company working to transform recycling and accelerate the circular economy worldwide
- Create content across the funnel - blogs, newsletters, sales emails, proposals, social posts and event materials
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, events and inbound requests as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through the use of Linkedin and Sales Navigator, and help compile mailing lists for targeted outbound campaigns
- Help execute targeted demand generation campaigns, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, and audience-specific
- Conduct account and market research to support sales strategies and sharpen campaign targeting
- Manage and report on campaign performance, leads, and pipeline activity in HubSpot
- Help track marketing budget and expenses
- Assist with material translations
- Maintain and update the website based on content needs and analytics insights
- Assist with industry event applications, speaking opportunities and fielding inbound event requests
- Visit facilities to capture photography and video for case studies and marketing collateral
- Use templates in Adobe InDesign, Canva, Google Slides, the website CMS, HubSpot and other tools to create collateral for events, advertising, and campaigns
- Support product marketing by producing customer newsletters, knowledge hub articles, product videos, and other assets
- Help improve efficiency by building and maintaining Marketing automations in HubSpot for lead nurture and campaign reporting purposes, including workflows, email sequences, lead scoring and reports

Greyparrot AI helps companies work in a circular economy by highlighting inefficiencies in sorting at waste facilities. The artificial intelligence vision can spot items on a conveyor belt faster and with better accuracy than a human. Their system automatically identifies different types of waste, providing composition information and analytics to help facilities increase recycling rates.
