Role
Who you are
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience or willingness to work on a web platform. (currently use Duda)
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, alignment, and precision
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a high-velocity business environment
- 2-5+ years of design-related experience in a fast-paced industry (education, tech, or similar fields preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight
- Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a seasoned designer
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- A degree in design, art, or a related field
- Experience creating assets for responsive web design and/or knowledge of UX/UI best practices
- Understanding of accessibility standards and design optimization for digital platforms
What the job involves
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Designer to join our team
- The ideal candidate will work closely with a seasoned designer to execute high-quality design projects efficiently, often under tight deadlines
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and innovative company
- Create and execute design assets across various mediums, including digital, print, and web, ensuring brand consistency and quality (with the majority of the work focused on web)
- Translate creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing partnerships, and product, to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
- Proactively manage feedback, revisions, and file organization to streamline the production process
- Support the lead designer on high-impact projects, with opportunities to take ownership of smaller initiatives
