Role
Who you are
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Have 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
- Have hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
- Have exceptional decision-making and communication skills
- Have the ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
- Are fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal, as we have colleagues from all over the world
What the job involves
- Will define the why, when, and what of the products our engineering team builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch
- Will build a product and strategy that reflect Insider’s vision, clearly articulating business value to align the team around each release
- Will own and optimize the release process, coordinating all activities to bring products to market successfully
- Will manage and prioritize initiatives, turning insights into actionable ideas by continuously tracking market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
- Will define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance, customer satisfaction, and improvement opportunities

There are many companies in the marketing industry claiming that they provide multichannel digital marketing tools. In most cases customer data sits in silos, thus, those companies are unable to provide clients with multichannel tools that maximise their marketing ROI. Insider is setting out to change this by using AI to connect customer data across channels and systems, improving the customer engagement experience for its clients as well as their customers.
Unlike its larger competitors in this space such as Salesforce, Insider's AI-based technology is able to integrate data from a wide range of marketing channels both online and offline. This allows its clients to better coordinate marketing campaigns across different channels and make more accurate predictions about customer behaviour.
Insider counts over 1,200 leading brands among its clients, including L'Oreal, Virgin, Santander, Singapore Airlines, Samsung and IKEA and has enjoyed substantial funding rounds. The unicorn company has focused on accelerating its growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions (recently acquiring MindBehind) while expanding its partnerships.
