Who you are

Native-level German both spoken and written is required
Experience in customer service or similar customer-oriented jobs

Digitally savvy, with a clear openness towards using AI tools
Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint. Experience of Intercom a plus

As a UK-based Customer Support Coordinator responsible for our German-speaking market in Switzerland, you will focus on delivering high level support to our worker and client base
Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues ensuring a positive customer experience
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Management of customer engagement tool
Collection of customer feedback on our platform to support further development by the Product and Marketing teams
Shift arrangements:
We are currently considering candidates for different shift cadences. Overall, some of the following shifts – but not all – need coverage:
From Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 3:30pm (with 30 minutes lunch break)
Availability from 06:00am to 2:30pm occasionally is a plus
From Wednesday to Sunday, with various shift starting times
From Saturday to Wednesday, with various shift starting times

Our take

The Coople app connects those seeking flexible work on the go with the most suitable jobs available through its unique algorithm. Coople provides 100,000+ workers (“Cooplers”) to thousands of businesses. Companies only pay for the hours worked, making Coople a less expensive and seamless alternative to expensive temporary recruitment agencies.

Beyond the staff matching function, the platform provides end-to-end automation of the HR process, from planning, recruiting, onboarding, and hiring to workforce management, payroll and payments. The platform has attracted companies primarily in the European markets.

The company's Series C funding in 2019 aided the automation of the online platform and its expansion within existing markets, as well as financing the company’s launch in the Netherlands and beyond. In 2023, Coople launched an AI tool to help companies save time in writing job descriptions. The market for flexible talent is a growing technology opportunity in Europe. With its expanded management team and strategic winding down of UK operations, Coople is refocusing its efforts on Europe, where it is in a prime position to further strengthen its market leadership.
