Who you are
- We are looking for strong Enterprise Sales talent to join our team and help us revolutionize this $20+ billion dollar industry
- RouteThis is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a key role in driving new revenue through new Enterprise logos and existing customer expansion
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales at the Enterprise level
- Demonstrated excellence selling to VP and C-level executives
- Superiour written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of consistently producing 6+ figure deals
- Thrive in a fast paced, self-starting environment
- Have the ability to efficiently prioritize time
- Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company)
- Team-selling experience is a must have
- Telecommunications experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to occasionally travel on short notice to meet prospects, customers, and internal meetings
- University or College degree/diploma with excellence in your field of study, ideally: Sales, Marketing, Business or Communications
What the job involves
- In this role you will be leading complex Enterprise Sales Virtual Account Teams, drawing on your previous Enterprise sales expertise
- You will be provided with the autonomy and opportunity to manage large global accounts, working to understand customer challenges and driving deals to closure
- You will work closely with a team of professionals to continuously improve processes, increase market penetration, disrupt an industry that is ripe for disruption, and drive significant revenue
- Understand, articulate, and navigate the unique RouteThis Value Drivers we deliver to customers and prospective clients
- Develop and execute on an outreach strategy for your target accounts with the assistance of marketing, sales leadership, etc
- Exceed pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Effectively navigate Enterprise organizations, multi-threading through key stakeholders at all levels and developing champions who are “selling” on our behalf
- Manage multiple enterprise sales cycles with 6 to 12 month purchasing cycles, with typical deal sizes in the high six figures
- Track all opportunity details including use cases, Value Drivers, accurate timing, next steps, dollar amounts, forecasting, etc. in Salesforce
- Work with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback based on customer interactions
- Maintain balance in your pipeline (early/mid/late) as well as pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Manage the client and internal teams through the customer journey
- Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts
Our take
Seamless connectivity is the backbone of successful ISPs, Smart Home, and IoT companies, but this is difficult with so many devices and customers. Whilst good customer service and infrastructural maintenance can help, traditional diagnosis methods often require repetitive trial and error and questioning, ultimately leading to long queues, longer downtime, and lower customer satisfaction.
RouteThis provides a WiFi connection management and analytics platform, allowing ISPs and IoT companies to visualize the status of their users' connections, diagnose issues remotely, and facilitate seamless and rapid customer service to ensure reconnection. The company claims that its connectivity solutions will help attract and retain customers, fuel revenue growth, reduce employee budgets through automation, and grow market share.
Whilst remote customer service for WiFi and other networking services already exists, RouteThis stands out with its data-driven approach, augmenting the diagnoses process and identifying the source of technical problems quickly and effectively. Through this approach, the company aims to speed up migration to IoT connections by making it easier for companies to provide excellent technical support.
