Role
Who you are
- Analytical, structured, and curious; comfortable translating data into decisions
- Hands-on operator: you call drivers, speak with fleets, and visit hubs to get ground truth—not just behind a screen
- Street-smart researcher: you triangulate panel data, internal logs, and field intel to form a confident view amid ambiguity
- Resourceful owner with a bias to action; you unblock yourself and keep stakeholders aligned in English and French
- Process & compliance mindset; attentive to details in pricing, payouts, and audit trails
- Proficiency with SQL/spreadsheets/BI; familiarity with partner/panel data and lightweight automation is a plus

What the job involves
- You will lead local operations projects and work closely with City Managers and HQ stakeholders to advance our mission of making cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable
- As an analytical, solutions-driven Operations Specialist – Marketplace (France) based in Paris, you’ll own the FP&A rhythm, market sizing, pricing compliance, and competitive intelligence for a T1/T2/T3 city portfolio—turning data into decisions that move our marketplace performance
- Own Marketplace Maintenance & FP&A cadences: run TAM end-to-end and keep Market Size accurate and documented
- Lead city-level performance audits and turn findings into actions that improve GMV, ASP, and rides
- Drive T3 strategy reviews and keep city plans aligned with KPI trajectory
- Safeguard pricing & payouts with recurring compliance audits, recommendations, and stronger upstream controls
- Build competitive intelligence & data operations: steady datapoints, partner data ingestion, and clean pipelines
- Partner with City Managers and central teams to design/execute demand & supply campaigns and provide decision-grade analysis
Our take
Across Europe, more and more people are choosing flexible, on-demand transport instead of owning a car. And ride-hailing, shared vehicles and new technology like autonomous driving are all part of this shift. So, cities are pushing for safer and more efficient transport, which is encouraging mobility companies to invest in electric vehicles and even driverless solutions which could eventually reshape urban travel.
Bolt has positioned themselves right in the center of this change, with is leading mobility platform that offers ride-hailing services across more than 50 countries. Through its app, Bolt connects users with transport options designed to be affordable and simple.
Recently, the company partnered with Stellantis to explore Level 4 autonomous, driverless vehicles, showing just how far ahead Bolt is looking for its next phase of mobility.
That said, Bolt operates in a very crowded market and urban mobility is highly competitive, with many local and international players all trying to come out on top. Even so, demand for shared and on-demand transport is at an all time high and only growing. Bolt's broad geographic reach, focus on scale and willingness to invest in future technologies puts it in the perfect position to keep growing.
