Who you are

What the job involves
- Our team is looking for a skilled, passionate, and strategically-minded creative / designer to help elevate the performance marketing output in our rapidly expanding EMEA region
- This is a unique opportunity to get in early and make a direct impact on the success and revenue of a multibillion-dollar global tech brand
- As a key player on this dynamic, fast-growing team, you’ll be crafting compelling, effective, high-quality performance marketing content that’ll be seen by millions, leaving your mark on every nearly creative asset produced in your region
- You’ll be instrumental in supporting multi-platform marketing campaigns, collaborating across Creative, Product Marketing, Content, and Growth teams
- Partnering closely with the EMEA Performance Marketing team and AMER Creative leadership,
- You’ll be a hands-on maker & creator of the content that drives Verkada’s European growth
- Conceptualize, design, create, and localize assets (both static and video) for performance marketing,
- Including paid media, social, event promotion, and CRM
- Contribute to growth marketing strategies and support real-time experimentation based on performance metrics
- Serve as the main contact for design and creative assets for the European market
- Ensure brand consistency across the region, from sales and marketing materials to social media content
- Work with agencies or the AMER creative team to develop the creation of regional video case study assets that enhance our storytelling in each country

Our take
Before Verkada stepped onto the scene, the evolution of video security was happening primarily in the consumer space. Home-security technology like video doorbells was becoming mainstream, but, ironically, enterprise security was lagging behind. Many large-scale companies were using outdated tech, creating problems for their security operations.
Verkada recognised that commercial security was outdated and backward, and began a mission to get commercial security up to date. The company provides clients with computer-vision cameras, using machine learning to identify security issues. Enterprise security is by no means a new market, but Verkada's success has come from its ability to recognise what large companies need and to provide up-to-date solutions. Its products have seen considerable uptake and major funding saw Verkada secure a multi-billion post-money valuation.
The company has recently introduced new ways to foster connections across teams. This has been done through their new 333 Program. The program aims to help connect teams as well as support local businesses. The company has also recently closed a further Series D funding round to help them continue driving towards their goal "to be the essential physical security software layer for every building".
