- CPA or equivalent
What the job involves
- Lead, supervise and coach global teams responsible for order management, billing operations, collections and revenue accounting
- Serve as the finance organization’s subject matter expert on technical revenue-related accounting and maintain up-to-date all revenue-related policies. Partner with the Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to provide revenue recognition-compliant solutions (ASC 606)
- Lead with a process improvement mindset, implementing best practices and partnering with the Enterprise Technology team to scale the order-to-order process
- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, monthly accounting close activities and accounting variance analyses occur promptly and are in compliance with accounting policies and external reporting requirements
- Ensuring that all order to cash activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
- Manage the revenue-related activities within quarterly and annual audits effectively with internal and external auditors
