What the job involves

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team and help us develop innovative banking services
Your passions are user-centered design, design thinking, usability, and UI design
You perfectly know the design patterns of iOS & Android but also state of the art web technologies such as React, Angular or Vue.js and have fun creating the best experience for the user
You analyze complex business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences that support the product development process from discovery to delivery
Advocate and execute rigorous user centered design (UCD) process to deliver high impact web and mobile solutions that align with business objectives
You own the brand’s look and feel across applications by designing best-practices, pixel perfect, accessible and user-friendly web apps, ensuring high quality execution and documentation
You facilitate collaborative workshops, walkthroughs, and prototyping sessions that translate user requirements into holistic user experiences
You partner closely with POs, FAs, and developers to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Our take

Deutsche Bank is one of Europe's biggest banks, operating in around 60 countries. It has a long history but hasn't struggled to keep up with the changing times. Like launching Vert, a digital payments service for small and medium businesses, and focusing on investments that are good for the environment and society.
