• The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, a creative flair for design and copywriting, and familiarity Klaviyo
• Previous (min 1 year) experience of email marketing – ideally in eCommerce/D2C
• Proficient with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo
• Proficient in using excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
• Good self-management and time-management skills

• Build, QC test, and deploy all email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications
• Collaborate with the wider Email Marketing Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing & goal codes, and sending rules
• Brief the design team with new campaign
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics, and report back to the wider team, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Support the planning of the email marketing calendar
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate
