Business Analyst, Appical

• We are looking for a person with at least 2+ years of experience as a product/business analyst to join our product team
• BSc in Computer Science or related
• A strong experience in working in a software-focused organization, preferably B2B
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Proficiency in (product) data analysis (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Snowplow etc.)
• Ability to make informed decisions based on the available data
• Understanding of design thinking, user centered design and UX/UI principles
• No problem working autonomously
• A structured and punctual way of working
• A permit to live and work in the EU
• Excellent English skills (B2+ level)
• A curious and self-driven person who loves to find clever solutions to challenging problems, pushing the boundaries when it comes to what technology can bring to the table
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Desirable

• Have ongoing contact with the market, customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Collaborating with Product Owners to create feature cohesion and optimization on Appical’s products
• Researching HR technology trends and do competitor benchmarking and apply that appropriately to Appical
• Use product analytics to map product usage and prepare enhancements to boost adoption
• Create user stories based on analysis of customer feedback, user data, business strategy, market research, and best practices
• Work together with our Innovation Squad to translate ideas and concepts into actionable business requirements, defining business objectives and managing stakeholders
• Use storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements
• Communicate key insights and findings to the rest of the product team
