Events Coordinator, Transcarent

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate event planning or marketing events, preferably within healthcare, tech, or startup environments
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Desirable

• The Events Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the execution of a broad range of high-impact events that elevate Transcarent’s brand presence, deepen consultant and client relationships, and support employee engagement
• This position will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and people teams to ensure seamless coordination of events ranging from major national industry conferences to internal all-hands meetings
• Collaborate with the Consultant Relations team to support Transcarent’s presence at key consultant forums, advisory meetings, and thought leadership events
• Coordinate logistics, communications, branding, and vendor relationships for consultant engagements
• Ensure a high-touch experience that reflects Transcarent’s values and innovation-forward approach
• Support event planning and logistics for participation in national industry events
• Plan and execute regional activations such as roundtables, roadshows, client receptions, and sponsored sessions
• Partner with sales and growth teams to ensure events are strategically aligned with pipeline goals and business development initiatives
• Support the coordination and execution of company-wide internal events including virtual town halls, leadership meetings, retreats, and employee engagement activities
• Manage event tech (Zoom, internal collaboration tools), presentations, and run-of-show details to ensure smooth operations
