Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who is passionate about headhunting, recruitment marketing, and digital outreach techniques, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience sourcing/headhunting for R&D and/or GTM roles, preferably within a SaaS organisation, or from an agency serving SaaS customers
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and methodologies
- A creative, innovative, and results-driven approach to finding and engaging talent
- Demonstrated ability to lead sourcing initiatives, advise peers, and contribute to broader TA and employer brand projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders across levels
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment platforms
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Fluent English is required
What the job involves
- HiBob is looking for a talented and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our Global Sourcing team
- In this high-impact role, you’ll go beyond individual sourcing and act as a strategic partner to the broader Talent Acquisition function, mentoring fellow sourcers, advising on best practices, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives in employer branding
- Reporting to the Global Sourcing & Employer Branding Manager, you’ll lead by example — proactively sourcing and attracting top-tier talent across our R&D and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions globally while helping raise the bar for sourcing excellence across the team
- This role supports hiring needs across EMEA (including the UK), the USA, and Israel, with a focus on building strong pipelines and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Proactively identify, source, and engage top talent across R&D and GTM (particularly sales) teams using channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
- Use advanced outreach and headhunting strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for critical technical and commercial roles, such as engineers and account executives
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future global hiring needs
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and leadership to understand hiring goals and role requirements and define sourcing strategies
- Conduct personalized outreach and initial screening conversations to assess fit and create strong candidate relationships
- Mentor and support other members of the Sourcing team by sharing knowledge, tools, and feedback, without direct line management responsibilities
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, and industry insights to strengthen your hiring strategies
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a supportive process from first contact through to hire
- Collaborate on employer branding projects, especially helping position HiBob as a top employer through content and advocacy
