Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Strong technical background (computer science degree, software development experience, or technical PM experience)
- Experience with protocol staking
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage complex technical initiatives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a remote work environment
What the job involves
- As a Senior Protocol Product Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing our staking performance across multiple protocols
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive implementation of protocol-specific improvements
- Own and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams to identify and implement performance improvements
- Lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Develop deep understanding of protocol-specific nuances (e.g., MEV opportunities, validator performance optimization)
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate our protocol capabilities to clients
- In addition to collaborating with other Product and Product Engineering team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Procotol, DevOps, Data Science and Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
